One Berry, Two Berry

We went to a local farm to pick Black Raspberries. The boys had fun running up and down the rows, Ellen enjoyed helping me fill my basket and Anais had a nap. They ate as many as they could get their red stained hands on. And I ended up getting 4 jars of preserves out of the leftovers.

SafetyTown

We sent the girls to the county run SafetyTown this last week for camp. They learned how to cross the street, fire and gun safety, how to identify a stranger, etc. They even got to drive little cars in a mini-town. And they had a graduation ceremony with Chris Coons, our county exec. It was a great camp which they LOVED and I would highly recommend it to anyone with 4-6 year olds!

4 in a row

I took this photo on my cell so the quality isn't great but love how cute they look sitting on one of the animal statues at the Natural History Museum near our house.

Rock Lobster!

Seeing as we now live on the east coast where lobster is more readily available and now in season, we decided to have some for Father's Day. The girls loved going to the store and picking out the "semi" live lobsters. At dinner Ellen was a bit more adventurous then Anais and had some meat from the claws. Both had fun sucking out the stuff in the legs.

Sole Sisters!

In May I ran the Delaware marathon relay with 3 friends. We placed 4th in our division - thanks to Nicole who ran the 6.55 miles in 45 min! I ran in about 58 min which was a nice pace for me. We had fun training together and cheering each other on.

Hannah visits!

Hannah, our old Au Pair who was with us when the boys were just a few months old, came back to the States for a visit and joined us for dinner. It was so great to see her and for her to see how much the kids have grown.
