Teeth...finally

Dylan's top 2 teeth finally, FINALLY broke though. So now he has 4. Just 16 more to go!

Family Bathtime

Here it is, the first family bath photo. All 4 fit in the tub although I couldn't get them all to look at the camera at the same time, no matter how hard I tried. And Anais is in a bit of a defiant stage so getting her to sit down in the tub is struggle enough :-)

Packer demise...

Yes, it's true, I was really looking forward to and actually counting on a Packer/Patriot Super Bowl. Watching scrappy Farve give pretty-boy Brady a run for his money. The Pack beating the Patriots old-school style and showing all the kids out there that cheating does not pay. Unfortunately the Packers played badly on Sunday and lost so now it's up to the Giants to wipe that silly smirk off Bellchick's cheating face! And just one last comment and then I'll get off my soapbox... How is it possible for the Patriots to have a glorious, record-breaking, undefeated, yadda-yadda-yadda season when they were caught cheating during one of those victories? And why is it that I seem to be one of the few who see the injustice in them not having to forfeit that win?

Snow days

We had a bit of snow here and promptly went out to make a snowman, carrot nose and all. Anais gave a resounding no when asked to have her pic taken with Frosty. 4 more months of those terrible-twos :-)

Dippin' chocolate

Ellen and Jenny spent the afternoon dipping just about everything they could find in chocolate. Very sweet :-)

They're starting to look like little men! And note all of Dylan's hair. He's buckin' the hairless Bratt-Johnston curse.

Oranges from California

When Ellen was a baby we planted an orange tree in Shawn's parents garden back in California. 4 years later the tree is starting to bear some edible fruit. Papa decided to send some our way which thrilled Ellen. Delicious!

After 3 fun-filled weeks, Grandpa Dave packed his bags and headed back to Midway. Thanks for making the holidays so special for our little family. We'll miss you!
