Habitat for Humanity

My brother, Peter, his partner Steph and their daughter Raina were approved for a condo in downtown Madison through Habitat for Humanity! It hasn't yet been built but they are very excited. They'll get a $150,000+ condo for $80,000 with an interest free mortgage and promise to work 360 hours for Habitat for Humanity. They have been involved in helping with the organization in the past and I'm thrilled that they have this opportunity.
